Technical Consultant for Oracle SOA and HRMS

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits to provide comprehensive HR solutions.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance and data integrity.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity to facilitate smooth system upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services to drive successful integrations.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL to develop complex system solutions.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols, including SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation to provide expert support.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces to guarantee high-quality results.
