Oracle EPM Expert Lead

The role of Oracle EPM Expert Lead involves leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions. As an experienced professional in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes with a focus on multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the Oracle EPM platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle EPM solution implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of financial close processes and multi-currency management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools and technologies.
