Customer 360 Solutions Developer Job Description:

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and support Customer 360 solutions within the Intelligent Data Management Cloud.

This is a long-term contract position that requires collaboration with business users, architects, and other IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models, data quality rules, and real-time integrations for Customer 360 solutions.
  • Configure and manage match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
  • Develop and troubleshoot ingress/egress jobs, APIs, and related integrations.
  • Maintain security models, governance best practices, and code promotion pipelines for IDMC deployments.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience with Informatica tools (IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC Customer360.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, profiling, and MDM concepts.
  • Proficiency in data quality rule configuration and data stewardship processes.
  • Experience with cloud application integration (CAI) for orchestrating workflows.
  • Knowledge of Open API development and integrations.
  • Good understanding of cloud data integration (CDI) for real-time and batch integrations.
