The way people shop online is changing. Users are tired of browsing huge catalogs just to find something they like. They need curation and trusted reviews - which is what we're bringing with the help of content creators. We're at the forefront of this change, enabling users to shop more easily and excitingly.

We've grown remarkably in the last few years, achieving a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. We work with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces. This presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space.

You'll take on high-leverage projects, building business models, setting up processes, or cracking distribution hacks. You'll work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. You'll own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background, preferably from top-tier institutions. Experience in management consulting or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage startups is a plus. You should have a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduation from top-tier institutions
  • Experience (1–2 years): Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage start-ups
