Financial Billing Specialist

This role involves handling billing processes with precision and attention to detail. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Process Management: Manage in-patient and out-patient billing processes from start to finish.
- Insurance Claims Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies and patients for smooth cashless approvals & claims.
- Bill Preparation and Verification: Prepare and verify bills, maintain records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Claim Follow-up: Follow up on pending claims, denials, and settlements.
- Liaison with Stakeholders: Liaise with doctors, patients, and internal departments for timely billing closure.
- MIS Reports and Audits: Maintain MIS reports and support audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate Degree: Graduate in Commerce / Healthcare Management (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hospital billing experience.
- Knowledge of Insurance Processes: Knowledge of insurance processes, coding, and hospital billing systems.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
- Problem-solving Ability: Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
