Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and functional testing on various banking applications.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to validate product features.
  • Document and track defects using tools like JIRA to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide expert input.
  • Prepare test data and optimize test cases for coverage and quality to enhance overall performance.
  • Report progress and metrics to test managers to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL for database validation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
