IT Infrastructure Manager

Krones Group relies on a global network of technologies to produce, recycle and process beverages. The company aims to make its customers' production more sustainable and efficient.

  • This role involves defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, hardware and network systems within the organization.
  • The position is based in Vemagal Industrial Area Kolar, Karnataka, where the candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and the Global IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes for the subsidiary, in line with Krones Group guidelines.
  2. Operate, monitor and develop SAP S4/HANA systems, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements.
  3. Define technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure, in alignment with the global IT team.
  4. Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security and continuity.
  5. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
  7. Implement IT risk mitigation measures to protect the organization's assets.
  8. Provide guidance and support to IT Support specialists and manage IT-related incidents, service requests and changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security and other IT compliance standards.
