Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned influencer marketing professional to spearhead our team's efforts in this exciting field. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in social media and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities to collaborate on campaigns and promote products or services.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and generate insightful reports to optimize influencer activation strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, social media insights, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to negotiate and convince others to achieve campaign goals.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills and high interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Skillset:

  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Emails, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good understanding of social media insights and analytics.
