About the Role

This is a key position within our team, focusing on driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in growth hacking, user acquisition strategies, and YouTube content creation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, managing affiliate partner acquisition, planning and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and creating engaging content for YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify key growth levers across social media and affiliate channels
  • Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate partner acquisition including lead generation, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across affiliate networks with a structured calendar
  • Monitor partner channel performance daily and run efficiency experiments to improve outcomes
  • Create engaging content for YouTube and manage video editing tasks
  • Drive YouTube marketing efforts to support user acquisition and brand visibility
