We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assistance with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Collaboration with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
