Job Title: Management Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in accounting, finance, and business operations.

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing month-end closing activities, including reporting and consolidations
  • Ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and reviewing the timely execution of controls
  • Driving audit deliverables and submitting evidence in line with requirements
  • Producing quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements

You will work closely with our experienced team to:

  • Review and post month-end journal entries
  • Prepare and review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Handle monthly intercompany and FA/Lease Accounting processes
  • Resolve balancing items

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
