About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team at Stratacent India Private Limited. As a key member of our sales process, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Design and propose solutions that meet customer needs and address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process and assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
  • Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFI and RFP documents.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials, including presentations, diagrams, and other supporting documents.
  • Develop and present technical proposals and proof of concepts (PoCs).
  • Create detailed technical documentation to support sales proposals and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Build visually engaging and informative presentations to effectively communicate complex solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create comprehensive responses.
  • Work closely with the services teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical objections.
  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Track and report on pre-sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality sales documentation, including presentations, diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs, with a strong understanding of the processes involved.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a keen ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
