At Airblack, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our South Business Operations team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollment numbers and contributing to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants.
We offer an attractive compensation package, with an estimated salary of up to Rs. 4.8 Lakhs fixed for candidates with 3-5 years of sales experience. In addition, you can expect to earn up to Rs. 2 Lakhs in variable bonus and additional spot incentives each month. Our top performers make anywhere between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 75,000 in incentives every month.

You will work with a stellar team of ex-entrepreneurs, VCs, operators, and top professionals from renowned organizations like Goldman Sachs, Oyo, Bain & Co, BCG, and colleges such as IIT, BITS and so on.
You will be responsible for counseling women and help them start a livelihood. Most counselors at Airblack help over 200 women launch a business every year. We have one of the best incentive policies in the edtech universe, and our company has demonstrated sustainable growth and investor interest.
