We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers.

This is a challenging role that requires someone with strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including experience with cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, and programming languages such as Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, and programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including experience with cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, and programming languages.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
