Job Title

Paid Social Manager

A paid social manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

The role involves ideating, managing and optimizing e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
