Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to excel as a Finance Manager in a manufacturing company. The role involves overseeing the financial health of the organization and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure accurate reporting and efficient working capital management.
  • Oversee term loans and other long-term financing arrangements.
  • Handle import and export activities, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform decision-making.
  • Liaise effectively with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.
  • Manage foreign currency exposures and hedging strategies.
  • Support strategic financial planning and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust costing systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze product costs, overheads, and variances to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Control accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage government incentives, such as RoDTEP, DDB, and IGST Refunds.
  • Coordinate EXIM-related financial activities.
  • Develop and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior management.
  • Perform other cross-functional tasks as required.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the CFO.

Qualifications:

CA with a minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance within a manufacturing company.
