About the Role:

Join our Finance team as a highly skilled finance professional. You will collaborate closely with senior management to define and execute financial strategies, ensuring the company's long-term success and stability.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, optimize processes, and contribute to the organization's growth and financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, and India.
  • Supervise AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations for discrepancies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll partners, banks, and government offices.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in small to medium-sized companies or technology startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges encountered by you or your team.
