Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spring Boot microservices, API integrations, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization).
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
