We are seeking a creative visual expert to craft engaging social media content for our platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing visually appealing graphics, maintaining branding consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • li>Design daily social content, including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, You Tube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and Whats App broadcast art/li>li>Develop and maintain our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style/li>li>Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share/li>li>Create lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed/li>li>Design data-informed graphics: iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants)/li>li>Turn around quick news-reactive posts without sacrificing clarity or brand tone/li>li>Collaborate: Work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines/li>li>Maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates/li>

Requirements:

  • li>2–5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is a plus)/li>li>A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations)/li>li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion/li>li>Comfort with data visualization (turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics)/li>li>Solid typography & layout fundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency/li>li>Ability to work in fast sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines/li>li>Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts/li>
