Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team.

  • About the Role
  • We need a skilled engineer to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • In this role, you will design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests), automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production), collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, and implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security.

Requirements

  • Skills and Qualifications
  • A hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum or similar is required.
  • You should have a strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management.
  • A background in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX and change sets is necessary.
  • A good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is necessary.
  • Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications are highly valued.
