We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Junior Waiter to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, offering menus and drink recommendations as needed.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained clean and organized throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and dietary restrictions with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
  • Process guest payments promptly and provide accurate receipts.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance to meet restaurant standards.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
