Telesales Professional

Join our CapTalent HR team as a Telesales Professional and contribute to the success of our Matrimony product. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job Summary• Identify and acquire new customers for the Matrimony product through telemarketing efforts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or related field required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Competitive salary range of ₹15K to ₹18K per month (IH) plus incentives.
• Rotational week off between Monday to Friday for work-life balance.
