We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to communicate their benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Present insurance solutions to clients, address their inquiries, and guide them through the purchase process to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of client information, policy details, and sales activities.
- Adhere to all industry regulations, including the Insurance - Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to your supervisor or sales manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification 12th Graduation
- Experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
