Job Title: Finance Leadership Role

Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare long-term financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and investment analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, expansions, and new business opportunities.
Accounting & Reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insightful commentary on key performance indicators.
  • Consolidate accounts for multiple business units, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, dashboards, and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, monitoring performance against budgets and recommending corrective actions.
  • Implement effective cost control measures across departments, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address deviations.
Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain a strong governance framework.
  • Implement robust internal controls, risk management practices, and audit mechanisms to mitigate potential risks.
Treasury & Fund Management
  • Manage working capital, banking relationships, and fund flow to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.
  • Optimize utilization of funds and oversee investment strategies to maximize returns.
  • Monitor debt, equity, and funding requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounts professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Provide guidance on financial systems, ERP implementation, and automation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
