Lead Office Design Specialist

We are a fast-growing interior design and construction company. Our expertise lies in creating modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing commercial office spaces.

This role involves leading the entire office design process from start to finish. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their requirements and timelines.

  • Main responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, preparing space planning, mood boards, and 3D presentations.
  • You will need to collaborate with various stakeholders to select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with our clients' needs.
  • An additional aspect of this job is reviewing and approving detailed drawings before they go into execution.
  • Another key responsibility is mentoring junior designers within the team.
Key Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is necessary.
  • Four to seven years of experience in designing commercial office interiors is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful workplace design projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is required.
  • Knowledge of building codes, materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination is also necessary.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills are vital.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial.
