Senior Product Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead our product design initiatives across web, mobile, and emerging formats.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
  • Define visual direction for our products, balancing beauty and usability.
  • Design and deliver polished user interfaces from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries for visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design decisions meet business objectives and user expectations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media or consumer platforms.
  • Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, along with strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Redesign personalized home feed and article reading experience.
  • Launch community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements.
  • Shape visual identity of newsletters and editorial storytelling assets.
