Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Run projects end-to-end with engineers to drive the company's vision to completion, leveraging design thinking principles.
  • Create intuitive, practical, and convergent interactions that meet business objectives.
  • Solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design, pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  • Lead product charters and mentor designers or interns, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Storytelling and communicating effectively, openly, and often, to ensure project success.
  • Moving swiftly from strategy to ideation to execution, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Hiring and growing the team, attracting top talent in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, with a strong foundation in human-centered design principles.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication and project management skills.
