We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. As a pioneer in Healthcare, we serve over 5 million patients annually across a network of hospitals with a pan-India footprint.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver behavioral training programs to enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, focusing on behavioral and leadership skills.
Implement leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive learning initiatives and promote a learning-focused organizational culture.
Requirements:
Graduation or Post-graduation in any discipline
Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry, preferably in Aviation or Hotels, with experience managing end-to-end L&D functions.
