Job Title: Strategic Legal Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate financing.
  • Providing legal advice and support to stakeholders on matters such as loan origination, property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for meeting business objectives.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Mastery of banking, financial, and corporate laws, including RBI Guidelines, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, and RERA.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to analyze complex information and identify key issues.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
