We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting research, assessment, and documentation of business policy and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in research, assessment, and documentation of business policy and regulatory adherence, identifying patterns and trends and opportunities for procedural improvements.
  • Conduct assessments and analysis of business outcomes, systems of record, and technical assignments, exercising independent judgment to guide completion of medium risk deliverables.
  • Present concise and well-articulated findings and recommendations, including rationale, to facilitate resolution of identified matters, exercising independent judgment while developing expertise in risk mitigation or control activities.
  • Engage in additional research and studies to enhance regulatory knowledge and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide feedback and calibrate initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • QA role with solid background in Risk and Change Management and Risk Mitigation, experience in reviewing business controls, performing Quality Assurance reviews, and business operations and compliance, and knowledge and experience in Third Party Risk management to coordinate with the WIM Third Party Risk team.
Job Expectations:
  • Experience in process review activity, QA/control testing or audit, and knowledge and experience in Third Party Risk management, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work autonomously.
