Seeking a coffee professional to manage procurement and quality assurance at the origin level.

This role involves frequent travel across coffee estates and curing works, requiring strong technical expertise, relationship skills, and passion for coffee.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coffee (procurement, quality control, cupping, or farm-level operations) and be able to evaluate beans before purchase, conduct quality checks from farm collection to curing and sorting, and prepare traceability and quality reports for each lot procured.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and curing units while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong knowledge of green coffee beans, grading, curing processes, and cup quality analysis.

The selected candidate will have excellent documentation skills and be able to maintain accurate records for traceability and compliance.

Familiarity with export-related logistics and processes is an advantage, and fluency in Kannada is mandatory, with basic English for reporting and supplier/buyer coordination.
