Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive AI-powered business growth, leveraging ML, AI, NLP, and cognitive solutions to deliver significant business value.
  • Drive AI R&D initiatives, focusing on prototyping and MVP development to ensure we remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with various teams on projects such as visual quality inspection, MLOps, Conversational banking, Demand forecasting, Anomaly detection, and others.
  • Design and implement reusable and scalable solutions for widespread adoption across the customer base.
  • Publish AI white papers and forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders to amplify our impact and influence.
  • Guide and support teams in aligning with strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and growth.
  • Demonstrate AI-related products and solutions for customers through prototype development and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Establish processes, operations, measurement, and controls for end-to-end life-cycle management of the digital workforce (intelligent systems).
  • Assist business development teams in expanding and enhancing the pipeline to meet short-term and long-range growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for AI, aligning with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
  • Contribute to long-range strategic planning activities to increase enterprise value and revenue targets.
  • Foster a great work environment that attracts and retains elite talent, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Thrive through ambiguity, making informed decisions and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on achieving the right outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, EE, Information sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research) or equivalent, with a focus on applied and foundational Machine Learning, AI, NLP, and/or data-driven statistical analysis & modeling.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP/deep learning/data-driven statistical analysis & modeling solutions across multiple domains, including financial engineering and financial processes.
  • Ability to interact, converse, and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and IT Directors, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience leading a technical team, with a proven track record of running high-performing teams and understanding how to get the most out of motivated individuals.
  • Proven capability in demonstrating successful advanced technology solutions using ML/AI/NLP/data science in one or more domains.
  • Experience in data management, data analytics middleware, platforms, and infrastructure, cloud, and fog computing is a plus.
  • Understanding of technologies like Python, Django, Flask, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript, Backbone.js, Angular.js, Node.js, JQuery, RDBMS, Google Cloud SQL, Graph/NoSQL, Bigtable, MySQL, MSSQL, Google Cloud Platform - Google App Engine, GKE, Anthos.
