Finance Operations Manager

The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage all financial management activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day finance operations: budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management.
- Overseeing vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
- Ensuring statutory compliance: timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Conducting financial planning and cost optimization; analyzing income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
- Driving payment follow-ups, maintaining receivables/payables tracker, and handling banking and office visits as necessary.
- Implementing and maintaining financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel.
- Providing actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
- Liaising with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required.
