**Job Opportunity:**

We seek a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to drive large-scale implementations and lead cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects, with expertise in technical leadership and project management.

Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, as well as hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive business discussions via workshops with business and IT teams.

A deep understanding of the Lead to Cash process is also required, as well as exposure to business change management. Agile Certification and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification are desirable but not essential.
