Job Title: Senior Marketing Delivery Analyst

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that plays a critical role in supporting the execution of strategic and operational excellence initiatives through reporting and programs, with minimal guidance and supervision.

The Marketing Delivery Analyst Senior will drive all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various automation tools, platforms, and tools. The ideal candidate will implement best practices in coding/development of email campaigns, including Ad-hoc and Lifecycle campaigns, delivering long-term solutions for email production efficiency and accuracy.

This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to put the company's interest above all else.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end Email Campaign Management
  • Owning day-to-day email campaign activities, including list setup, targeting, segmentation, tagging, deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, and other aspects of email execution
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or scripting languages (e.g., Freemarker or PERL)
  • Editing HTML templates and necessary development work for email campaign launches through Visual Editor
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and PSD to HTML conversions using content builders like Visual editor/Taxi for Email
  • Knowledge of email testing practices (A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, etc.) and performing proofreading/email rendering tests on Litmus/Email on Acid
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior Analysts and driving innovative ideas for elevating marketing standards
  • Ability to handle high-volume requests each week while delivering high-quality work
  • Performing Quality analysis as part of peer audit and maintaining quality checklist
  • Ensuring campaign health and deliverable execution using project management tools (Workfront, Appian, Google Docs, Jira, Slack, Basecamp)
  • Solutioning and Innovation: Helping develop and implement test plans with a disciplined approach to continually optimize email campaign performance via aggressive testing methodologies
  • Seeking out new ideas, monitoring industry trends, and recommending best practices to innovate email campaigns
  • Ensuring campaign requests are accurately and efficiently fulfilled within agreed timescales
  • Producing and analyzing campaign reports on a weekly/monthly basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Information Technology & Services, Marketing & Advertising
  • 5-8 years of experience in Email Marketing/Campaign management using PCM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and similar tools a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, including campaign execution, A/B testing, and duties
