This role is for a senior growth professional responsible for driving business expansion in IT Infrastructure Management Services, with a focus on developing strategic relationships and leveraging market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Establish credibility with executives through exceptional relationship-building skills and strong business acumen.
- Understand and leverage organizational dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and drive value creation.
- Identify and track customer business value to generate demand for products and services, while maximizing competitive advantage through differentiated solutions.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure sales and business success, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation and improving efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Leverage regional connections to understand the CMS Services space and develop strong account relationships.
- Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models.
- Communicate the differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
- Meet or exceed annual targets for Services and product renewals, while maintaining a focus on new bookings, renewals, and product billing.
- Exceptional business acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Strong regional connections and understanding of the CMS Services space.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Deep understanding of competitive differentiation strategies and analytical skills.
