Job Description

As a Business Strategist, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, defining business strategies, and helping our automotive clients achieve their business goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership and product teams, to provide strategic insights and actionable plans in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the automotive industry.
- Strategy Development: Develop actionable business strategies that align with client goals and industry trends, focusing on growth, cost reduction, and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide recommendations on improving business performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents that effectively communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Client Interaction: Engage with automotive clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice on market positioning, product development, and expansion.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Strategist or Business Analyst in the automotive domain.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market dynamics, emerging technologies, and key players.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to address business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
