
Sales Growth Strategist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, focusing on acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships. Key objectives include achieving personal sales targets, segmenting focus areas, and providing customer-focused needs-based selling.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They should be able to pick up new concepts quickly and be excited about meeting new customers.
Responsibilities will include coordinating customer events, developing aggressive sales call plans, and attending training sessions to acquire knowledge and apply it to the job function.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Management: Conduct CDD, MLP, and TCF diligently, with a zero tolerance policy for fraud and mis-selling.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Business Conduct: Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of skills and experience, including:
