  • Develop campaign plans aligned with business objectives
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics
  • Coach team members on outbound best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
