About the Role

As an Internal Comms specialist at Tiger Analytics, you will play a key role in designing and implementing high-value communication results that drive our culture and employee engagement. You will be working with people at every level, keeping our employees informed of news and positive developments in the company and ensuring they stay in the loop during critical situations/incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the internal comms lead in planning and executing key internal comms campaigns, working directly with relevant leaders, HR and collaborating with multiple functions to support the brand mission and our brand story.

Some of the key aspects of the role include:
  1. Developing and delivering new communications channels and engagement interactions to ensure successful delivery of messages to employees
  2. Collaborating with the Talent Branding, HR, Marketing, DX and Leadership teams to ensure integrated employee communications and engagement plan across the business
  3. Maintaining and implementing the IC editorial calendar (newsletters, intranet etc), researching and developing quotes/testimonials from people, writing stories, shooting videos, and managing key IC campaigns
  4. Designing, tracking, and reporting internal metrics and results of initiatives to demonstrate impact to our communications efforts

Requirements

Desired skills, competencies and experience include:
  1. 5+ years of experience and a track record of developing strategic, creative and proactive internal communications programming and experiences
  2. Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing skills
  3. Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies within a large business, preferably in Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries
  4. Strong organizational skills and project management skills – with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
