As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information released to customers post Manual Validation.

This includes validating invoices, claims, and utility documents. You must be able to handle high pressures and act in a composed manner.

The ideal candidate will possess good Communication skills, be a Logical thinker, and a Team player.

You should have a strong understanding of customer requirements and meet deadlines as per the SLA.

Data Validation:

  • Ensure that the information being released to customers is accurate
  • Demonstrate and deliver high standards of service data accuracy to our scan capture customers
  • Continuously explore opportunities for improvements in the Capture Content process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder in Non-Technical field (preferably B.Com)
  • Freshers can also apply to this job role
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to converse in English fluently
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and maintain quality standards

Preferred Skills:

  • BASIC knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Power Point
  • Knowledge of basic invoicing and related AP processes

Working Conditions:

  • Typically home-based role without travel or relocation as per business need and company policy
  • Selected candidates may be required to support international clients and work on Indian Public Holidays and follow international clients' list of holidays
