Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class service to clients in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner. You will be measured by different performance metrics and must strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.

  • You must always handle calls professionally based on the quality guidelines set by the client.
  • Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all login and password information.
  • Participate in internal and external mandated trainings and/or seminars.
  • Have knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone who has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in phone, email, and live chat support.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • We also need someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional teams.
