Job Title: Plant Production Manager

About the Role:

The Plant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This includes managing production plans in line with company objectives and customer demands, coordinating with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams, and reviewing and recommending improvements in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Develop and manage production plans to meet company objectives and customer demands
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimize production efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure that IATF documentation meets industry standards

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience in manufacturing, especially in gears and transmission components
  • Extensive knowledge of gears and transmission components
  • Expertise in IATF documentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with process optimization techniques
