Physiotherapy Professor Position

As a faculty member in the field of physiotherapy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. We are seeking an experienced educator to deliver subject knowledge effectively and provide students with a world-class learning experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver Subject Knowledge Effectively: Teach physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theory and practical sessions, using relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement.
  2. Mentor and Guide Students: Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges, resolve doubts, and build motivation. Offer timely interventions to support both academic and behavioral growth.
  3. Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  4. Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the team for student progress updates.
  5. Adhere to Academic Standards: Uphold training quality, continuously work on self-improvement, and provide students with the best learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
  • 1+ year of experience in teaching or working as a physiotherapist
  • Good communication skills, passion for teaching, friendly and patient approach, basic computer and technology skills
