Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager with a proven track record of driving financial excellence, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our organization, by overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

  1. Oversight of accounting operations, development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Leadership of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
  3. Coordination with external auditors and consultants, provision of required documentation, response to findings, and timely resolution of issues.
  4. Contribution to financial and legal due diligence processes, and performance under high-pressure scenarios.
  5. Assistance in the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  6. Monitoring of budget adherence, and collaboration with department heads to optimize spending.
  7. Alignment with relevant accounting standards, laws, and financial regulations.
  8. Management of cash flow and liquidity, to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.
  9. Monitoring of receivables, payables, and overall working capital, to maximize efficiency in cash utilization.
  10. Design and implementation of strategies to mitigate cash flow risks, and ensure financial stability.
  11. Monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
  12. Identification of process synergies across Cash, Intercompany, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions, and implementation of industry best practices.
  13. Handling of investor queries, and preparation of board-level presentations and financial reports.
