Key Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to enhance our brand's visual presence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong aesthetic sense, deep understanding of brand strategy, and proven expertise in delivering impactful design solutions.

This position requires both hands-on design skills and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of marketing materials across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
  • Design and oversee brand guidelines, campaigns, packaging, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
Requirements
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in branding/marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design.
