Job Title: Strategic Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Creative Specialist to join our team. This role will involve developing and proposing innovative, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the solutions department to develop and propose value-added creative ideas and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Research and monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end coordination and execution of campaigns for respective brands.
  • Ensure effective communication with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take campaigns forward and help in making decisions for creative buckets.
  • Develop content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Review and refine all kinds of copy and content to craft effective, creative, and engaging content.
  • Propose topical content and moment marketing campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and propose value-added creative ideas and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to creatively coordinate and execute campaigns for respective brands.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Ability to brainstorm with team members to come up with creative ideas and make decisions for creative buckets.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to develop content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Ability to review and refine all kinds of copy and content to craft effective, creative, and engaging content.
  • Basic knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and the ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
