Product Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned product management leader to scale our product management team and shape the future of our product offerings.

  • Rapidly scale the product management team by hiring, leading, and coaching a team of product managers.
  • Align the product team with end-to-end product line vision and goals, creating a unified direction for product development.
  • Utilize portfolio product management techniques to ensure effective distribution of product investments, maximizing value across the product suite.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to validate, build, launch, and measure product experiences that deliver measurable value to customers.
  • Serve as a chief advocate and spokesperson for the product suite, championing its value both internally and externally.
  • Apply extensive experience in building B2B SaaS software to innovate and improve upon product management practices.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in scaling product management teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a sizable team of product professionals and leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for portfolio management and investment allocation across product lines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with other department leaders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience serving as a product spokesperson.
  • A minimum of 15 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product management teams.
