Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Migration Expert to spearhead our data migration initiatives. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing complex data migrations, leveraging technical expertise in conjunction with AI coding assistants to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs, ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift, and the ability to own the end-to-end process of migrating data into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive data migration strategies
  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift
  • Build and leverage domain expertise in recruitment CRMs
  • Oversee the entire data migration lifecycle from planning to deployment
  • Document clear, concise procedures for data handling and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with a core technology stack consisting of AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in customer or internal migration roles (20+ migrations)
  • Proven technical skills in conjunction with AI coding assistants
  • Ability to work independently and drive solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
