We are seeking an HR professional to spearhead our India operations.

About the role:

This pivotal position plays a key role in driving 4flow's growth strategy in India, requiring strong leadership and vision to empower our local team.

Key objectives:

  • To enable and support the growth of the 4flow team in India by implementing tailored strategies for success.
  • To enhance 4flow's employer brand in India through targeted initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for vacant positions in India, collaborate with stakeholders to clarify internal profiles/positions, support creation of external job ads, align recruiting strategy with business needs, define efficient selection processes, execute multilevel selection process, control recruiting and HR marketing KPIs.
  2. Employer Branding: Set up and implement measures specifically for India in alignment with our global employer value proposition, campus recruitment, select and organize career fairs, ensure authentic appearance at career events.
  3. Onboarding: Responsible for general onboarding of new team members in India, coordinate new hire orientations.
  4. HR Services: Ensure excellent HR services and administration, identify and fulfill legal and administrative requirements, be first contact for local team for all HR-related questions, partnering with and advising India leadership team on all HR-related topics, apply, ensure, adapt, update corporate HR regulations, models and policies for India, create and ensure India-specific policies, administer employee data, vacation accounts, leaves, benefit programs, on- and offboarding documents, salary adjustments, process monthly payroll, support assignment processes, execution of labor law measures/disciplinary action, implement local health and safety measures, contribute to learning & development measures, support identifying, selecting and contracting local training partners, coaches etc.
